How do you attain the Best Body? How can you look and feel your best at any age?
You have to literally create the Best Body for You!
To look good, you have to commit yourself to a life-long affair with Exercise.
That's right - I said - life long - because exercise is not a one night, one month or one-year engagement. The effects of exercise are cumulative and disappear very quickly once you stop exercising.
What are the effects of exercise on the body?
- Increased blood flow and oxygen to the muscles
- Decrease in resting heart rate
- Release of heat and removal of metabolic wastes
- Improved capacity of muscles to store glycogen
- Increased basal metabolic rate which means that more calories are burned even when you are at rest
- Increased expenditure of stress hormones which accounts for post-exercise sense of calm
What this all means is that with continued exercise, you will feel:
- More energetic
- Less stressed
- Lose more in inches even though your weight loss might be minimal
- Eat more and still not gain weight
- Become the physical person you are meant to be

For beginners , choose one of the following:
- Walk briskly for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Increase speed and duration as you get better and more confident about this exercise routine.
- Dance 30 minutes 4 times a week
- Take your bike out and go biking for 45minutes to an hour-5 times a week
- Walk to work or park far enough so that you need to walk 15 minutes from your place of work to your car. Take the stairs whenever you can.
